Authorities say they arrested Miriam Cotto Almourtada, 49, at her home on Bell Street Wednesday.
Police say they seized more than 1,000 pills of various types, five semi-automatic handguns, two revolvers, three long rifles, numerous rounds of ammunition, and more than $500 in cash.
