Gov. Rell to unveil 2009 budget

Gov. Jodi Rell (R-Conn.) is set to unveil her 2009 budget for the state of Connecticut.The governor says the new budget will not include any tax increases or major jumps in spending. Last year, Rell proposed raising taxes to help increase funding for education in the state.Rell says she wants funding to install cameras on parts of I-95 to crack down on those speeding.News 12 Connecticut will have live coverage of the governor's budget address Wednesday beginning at 12 p.m.
