Hopefuls line up in New Haven for shot at Hollywood

Dozens looking for their 15 minutes of fame showed up at an open casting call in New Haven Monday for the fourth Indiana Jones movie.

The casting call is taking place at the Omni Hotel on Temple Street. People lined up to try out for the paid extra positions; a couple of hopefuls even camped out overnight.

"I'm hoping to get picked?would be a dream come true," Chris Snyder said. The Milford resident says although it's a paid position, he'd do it free. He just wants to be part of the Stephen Spielberg and Harrison Ford magic.

Filming will begin in New Haven at the end of the month. The crew will be in the area for about a week.
