Fairfield community marks two-year anniversary of jewelry store tragedy

Two years ago Friday, the town of Fairfield was sent into shock when two well-known jewelers were murdered in their downtown store.

Tim and Kim Donnelly were well known and well liked in many communities. The couple was high school sweethearts and worked as a team in everything they did. Their family and friends say they were an inspiration to everyone they met. The Donnelly's were shot and killed during a robbery at their store. Chris DiMeo and Nicole Pearce are charged in the February 2005 murders.
