Police are warning Milford residents to lock up and keep their homes well lit as the manhunt for a rapist enters day four Tuesday.
Some elderly neighbors are concerned about their safety after police say a man busted into an elderly woman's locked home Friday night, waved a knife and then raped her. Even though police say the victim's door was locked, they are cautioning residents to keep their doors, windows and garage doors locked.
Police add people should use outside lights with a photocell device, which goes on automatically when it gets dark and shuts off when it gets light outside.
