The deep chill hit southwestern Connecticut Friday and there was no escape for people who work outdoors.The freezing temperatures and single-digit wind chills didn?t stop landscapers in New Canaan who were braving the cold since 8 a.m. The workers say even though they dress in layers, they can still feel the elements.
