Flags flown at half-staff in Stratford to honor late Rep. Larry Miller
Veteran state Rep. Larry Miller, of Stratford, was remembered today as an unwavering advocate for his community.
Miller died yesterday at the age of 78 after a long battle with cancer.
Flags were flown at half-staff today outside Stratford Town Hall in honor of Miller.
While Miller served up until his death, his illness kept him away from most of the legislative session that ended last month.
Those who worked with him say he fought hard for his district, an acknowledgement that spans party lines.
