Stamford police say they now have the man they believe killed a city man last week.

Police say they arrested 20-year-old Andre Russell after waiting for him outside his home on Ludlow Street yesterday afternoon.
They say Russell shot and killed 46-year-old William "Buttons" James, near the corner of Woodland Place and Pacific Street last Thursday night.
Police say they tied Russell to the crime through surveillance video in the area of the murder.
Investigators say they believe the shooting stemmed from a drug fight.
