Former Milford doctor Ziba Guy sentenced to 4 years for plot to hire someone to assault ex-husband
A former doctor and Milford resident was sentenced to four years in prison for plotting with her ex-boyfriend to hire someone to assault her ex-husband.
Ziba Guy broke down and tearfully told the judge she was very sorry and remorseful for what she did. Before she spoke, her attorney Norm Pattis also argued for a lenient sentence for her.
Guy was convicted of plotting with her ex-boyfriend, Gregory Christofikas, to hire someone to assault her ex-husband. The state recommended a sentence of six years in prison, but the judge ultimately decided on four.
Christofikas remains behind bars, in lieu of a $1 million bond
