Jonathan Law High School teacher Mark Ruzbarsky accused of assaulting student
Milford police say a teacher from Jonathan Law High School is facing assault charges.
They say Mark Ruzbarsky, 32, restrained a student by the neck during class in February.
Officers say they arrested him on Thursday.
He is due in court later this month.
