Stamford police say a man is under arrest for sexually assaulting his 12-year-old stepdaughter and getting her pregnant.
Police say officers in New York arrested Leonel Bartolo Rodriguez, 39, after the girl told relatives in Queens he had assaulted her several times.
They say Rodriguez has been brought back to Stamford.
His bond was set at $100,000.
