Icy roads created unsafe driving conditions across southwestern Connecticut on Sunday.
A thin sheet of ice covered many roadways in the morning. Drivers were forced to endure detours in addition to the ice, slush and puddles.
At one point, a portion of the I-95 in Westport was closed as first responders worked to clear a number of collisions.
