NEW HAVEN -

A man is arrested in New Haven after police say he followed two girls to the Ross Woodward School on Barnes Avenue.

Khamphat Phetchampa allegedly followed the two girls along their walk to school and repeatedly tried to talk to them.

The girls were just 10 and 12 years old.

The girls told a faculty member, and police stress the girls were not hurt.
