Some big changes are coming for workers in Canada.
Ontario will boost its minimum wage to $15 an hour by Jan. 1, 2019, becoming the second providence next to Alberta, Canada to change the minimum wage.
Another reform includes a boost in minimum vacation to three weeks a year.
The changes come in response to declining job security that started two years ago.
