A fire ripped through a home in Bridgeport, leaving 13 people in need of a place to stay.
The fire broke out on Armstrong Place around 7 p.m. Monday.
The home is boarded up, with damage to the side of the house and smoke damage throughout the home.
The fire started in the front hallway of the first floor.
Officials say all 13 people inside made it out safely before crews arrived.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Officials say the Red Cross is helping the families find a place to stay.
