A man from Norwalk is behind bars and charged with leading police on a chase in a stolen car.
According to police, Alexander Louis, 23, drove away from officers in reverse after they pulled alongside him Sunday night in a parking lot on Connecticut Avenue.
Police say Louis eventually got out of the car and ran into a backyard on Garner Street, where officers used a taser gun on him after he ignored their commands to surrender.
