A 75-year-old man died Friday night after a massive fire gutted his mobile home. 
Flames and smoke filled the sky over Fairchild Park, where victim Richard Kowlasky lived in a trailer. 
Neighbors say the victim was a friendly man who loved reading, karate and tinkering around his home. 
State and local officials are continuing to investigate the cause of the fire.
