An accident between a car and Metro-North train in Redding is now being investigated as a possible DUI.
It happened last week around 9 p.m at a crossing near Topstone Road, less than an hour after it left South Norwalk.
The driver of the car was taken to Danbury Hospital.
None of the 30 people on board the Danbury branch train were injured.
There is no word yet on charges against the car’s driver.
