Stamford firefighters battled a fire at a building packed with gas canisters Saturday evening.

Carousel Balloons contained dozens of canisters filled with helium when the fire erupted.

The company, which had been in business for 36 years, was just steps away from other buildings and a propane station.

No one was injured, but owner Marty Roth says a cat is currently missing.

Roth is asking anyone who wants to show support to donate to any firehouse's holiday toy drive.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
