A suspect has been arrested after a hit-and-run incident that left a pedestrian in a snow bank.
It happened on High Ridge Road.
Authorities say a driver made a left out of a shopping center, then struck someone in a crosswalk.
Witnesses reportedly followed the driver, getting his license plate number.
Police arrested Juan Barragan-Alvarez. He is charged with evading responsibility and operating without a license.
The victim is expected to be OK.
