Police in Torrington have arrested a man accused of stabbing a woman in the neck during a domestic violence incident.
According to police, Luis Camancho-Ramirez, 28, fought with the woman in front of a residence on French Street.
Police say the victim was taken to Hartford Hospital where she is being listed in stable condition.
A small child present at the time was not injured.
Camancho-Ramirez has been charged with assault and risk of injury to a minor.
He's being held on $250,000 bond and will have his first court appearance Wednesday.
