A confessed killer faces 40 years in prison for the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy.
According to the Connecticut Post, Michael “Smitty” Majors, 24, pleaded guilty Monday to manslaughter charges.
Police say Majors and another man were in a gun battle on Christmas Eve back in 2015 on a busy sidewalk in Bridgeport.
Luis Colon was caught in the crossfire and later died.
Neither of the assailants were hit.
Majors will be sentenced next month.
