Arrests made following Burlington Coat Factory robbery in Orange

ORANGE -

Police in Orange have arrested three people they say robbed a Burlington Coat Factory.

It happened last week at the store on 80 Boston Post Road.

Nairoviis Ramirez-Rivera, 24, Jennifer Martinez, 21, and Wilfredo Martinez, 52, all of Bridgeport, have been charged with larceny.

Ramirez-Rivera has also been charged with assault on a police officer.

While officers were attempting to make the arrests, Ramirez-Rivera tried to escape, causing minor injuries to the officer.

Officers recovered about $163 worth of merchandise.
