Chef Fausto, from Mix Creative Kitchen in Greenwich, shares how to make a healthy side dish that's a great alternative to carbs like potatoes.
Ingredients:
For the seasoning:
3 tbl Koser Salt
1.5 garlic powder
1 tbl spanish paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
For the Sprouts:
2lb sprouts (cut in halves, stem removed)
2 tlb Olive oil
Procedure:
Heat up olive oil in a pan. Saute brussels sprouts until brown on both sides, toss sprouts with 1 tbls of seasoning, transfer to baking sheet and roast for 15-20 mins at 400. Until fully browned (dark) and tender.
