‘Time’s Up’ bill passes state Senate with 31-5 vote

Gov. Dannel Malloy's ‘Time's Up’ bill has been passed by the state Senate.
The vote happened around 4:30 a.m.
The bill aims to overhaul sexual harassment laws in the state, including eliminating statutes of limitation for certain sexual assault crimes.
The governor has championed this bill for the past few months.  
It will now head to the state House of Representatives.
