Posted: Updated:

A woman was arrested after police say heroin and marijuana were discovered in her vehicle in Milford, and she had her infant child in the vehicle as well.

Police say 23-year-old Tori Hinman, of New York, was stopped on Wednesday in a parking lot after she made an illegal U-turn.

They say she had drugs that were packaged for sale in the vehicle.
