An upcoming golf tournament in Fairfield promises a day filled with food, fun, and dancing!
Tony Dovolani, of 'Dancing with the Stars' fame, is hosting a Golf for Special Needs Children tournament.
It will be held at the Patterson Club Sept. 6.
It raises money for local groups that help people with autism.
It's not just golf -- dinner at the club will feature performances from Dovolani and other professionals from 'Dancing with the Stars.'
The cause is personal for Tony, as his son has autism.
"My passion was to try to help other families that have kids with special needs that don't necessarily have the means to give them the therapies and all the necessary things that they need in order to excel in life," said Dovolani.
The past two golf tournaments have raised more than $150,000.
