Ned Lamont volunteers at Bridgeport shelter to spread holiday cheer

BRIDGEPORT -

Governor-elect Ned Lamont volunteered at a Bridgeport shelter on Christmas Eve to spread holiday cheer.

Lamont and Mayor Joe Ganim were the special visitors that joined the guests at the Thomas Merton Center for a Christmas Eve morning breakfast.

Lamont talked with guests and toured the facility with his family.

The new governor says it was a special way to start off the holiday in Bridgeport
