Chef's Quick Tip: Roasted turkey

This week, Tina Redwine shows us how to beautifully plate a turkey for your holiday meal.
Roast Turkey 12-14lbs

8 oz soft butter
1 tbsp dried sage
1 oz fine salt
.5 oz fine pepper
.5 oz garlic powder
.5 oz paprika
.5 oz onion powder

Method
1. Combine all ingredient, and rub butter over entire bird
2. Preheat oven to 350F
3. Roast bird, basting through out, until 150F internal temp, about 2 hours
4. Raise heat to 450F, for 20-30 min to brown bird, until 160F internal temp.
5. pull from oven and let rest 20 min, then carve
