Police: Masked men rob 61-year-old man leaving New Hyde Park bakery at gunpoint

Police say the men pushed the man and grabbed a bag which had cash and credit cards in it.

Police say a 61-year-old man was robbed at gunpoint Wednesday in New Hyde Park.
They say he was walking out of the back of a bakery on Hillside Avenue when two men wearing masks approached him.
Police say the men pushed the man and grabbed a bag which had cash and credit cards in it. As the suspects took off, one of them allegedly pointed a gun at the victim.
They say the men then took off in a beige or silver Chevy Suburban.
The victim was not hurt. Police are urging anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
