Chef’s Quick Tip: Lobster Roll

Jay LeBlanc, of the Knot Norm's Catering Company, shows Tina Redwine how to make Lobster Roll.

Lobster Roll

Ingredients:

Lobster Roll
Steam Whole lobster or picked meat
New England Style Hinge hotdog bun
Butter
Mayo
Old Bay seasoning
Maldon Salt or flaked salt
Lemons
Celery Leaf

Method: 

Warm 1 pound of butter in the sauté pan

Dip the sides of the bun in butter and toast in another sauté pan.

Add mayo to inside of the bun and sprinkle of old bay

Add lobster to melted butter and sauté gently until lobster meat is warm.

Place in Bun

Sprinkle of maldon salt

Celery lead for garnish and a wedge of lemon

Enjoy !
