Chef's Quick Tip: Smoked Branzino Dip

This week, Mike Geller from Mike's Organic shows Tina Redwine how to make natural and healthy recipes. 
 
Mike’s Smoked Branzino Dip Instructions
Recipe: 
1 Ideal Fish Smoked Branzino, deboned
2 Tbsp Grass Fed Whipped Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Grass Fed Sour Cream
½ Tsp Fresh Lemon Juice (more can be added to taste)
1 Dash Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Method:
  • Start with a beautiful smoked Branzino from Ideal Fish (Waterbury, CT) and remove all meat from the bones, and all bones from the meat. Make sure to check for the small pin bones as you move towards the belly of the fish.
  • Put all the meat into a glass bowl and massage with your hands until it has a smooth texture and consistency.
  • Add Lemon Juice, Cream Cheese and Sour Cream and mix thoroughly.
  • Allow to rest for approximately 3-4 hours in fridge before serving so flavors can meld.
  • Serve with good crackers and a cold beer
