Weddings are being canceled amid the coronavirus pandemic.
When Vincent Yancigay got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend, Ashleigh Beckwith, it was supposed to be the start of their happily ever after.
They spent 22 months planning for their big day – Saturday, March 28.
Yancigay says their honeymoon was canceled first. Then the venue called and said the wedding needed to be postponed.

Lisa Antonecchia is an events planner out of Hamden. Antonecchia is currently working to reschedule four clients' weddings with the potential for more.
With travel restricted, gatherings with over 50 people banned and social distancing encouraged, many couples are scrambling, especially since most put down non-refundable deposits.
Antonecchia says couples need to read the fine print in their contracts and speak with every vendor individually.
One Connecticut couple will livestream their wedding on Facebook Wednesday evening.
Yancigay and Beckwith say they will become man and wife on their planned wedding day with hopes of rescheduling the larger celebration.
"Thankfully we’re going to continue to go through with the ceremony. We have a minister who’s going to come to our house and marry us there," said Yancigay.
