One Connecticut realtor has become the first in her office to sell a home almost completely online during the coronaviorus pandemic.
Kelly Higgins, who works for Coldwell Banker, says because of the coronavirus more and more is being done online.
"I just walk around the house and field questions," she says. "It was very detailed from pulling up the driveway, pulling down the neighborhood, walking in the front door, going into every room. I think what that buyer wanted to see was how the layout felt."
She says people are welcome to even do virtual tours, but only serious buyers are allowed to actually do a walk through.
Higgins says she's one of the first in her office to actually sell a home almost completely online.
She says the Gov. Ned Lamont has even made it easier to expedite the process online.
