Fire officials say a vehicle crashed into a tree in Danbury Saturday evening.
It happened on Taggan Point Road around 5:30 p.m. Firefighters say the vehicle was up against the tree, so the roof of the car had to be removed to get a trapped passenger out.
Officials say the patient was taken to Danbury Hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
