Isaias tore through Westport, leaving many residents without power and knocking down trees.

Gov. Ned Lamont reported that 90% of Westport was without power.

Trees and wires were down all around the area of Saugatuck Ave. and Pier Way Landing. Luckily, no injuries were reported and no houses were hit.

Some residents believe a tornado may have come through the area, though.

One neighbor says his wife heard something that sounded like the combination of a freight train and screaming.
