Hundreds of people lined the streets of Stratford Saturday to help celebrate the town's centuries-long history at the town's Anniversary Parade and Early American Festival.
The two-day event kicked off with a procession down Main Street that ended at the war memorials on Academy Hill.
The Stratford Historical Society held the activities in honor of the 375th anniversary of the town's founding.
Organizers dedicated the parade to local veterans.
