A wish is coming true for a boy in Stratford who has a life threatening illness.
Tay'Jon Walton, 8, is going to Disney World.
The trip is being provided by the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Friends and family gathered at Paradise Pizza to celebrate yesterday.
His mother says Tay'Jon has a heart condition and lived in a hospital the first two and half years of his life.
He was adopted by his family in 2010.
