A Stratford man is under arrest after police in Trumbull say he threatened to kill a woman. They say the woman called them Tuesday saying her children's father, Michael Elliot, pushed her to the ground

A Stratford man is under arrest after police in Trumbull say he threatened to kill a woman.
They say the woman called them Tuesday saying her children's father, Michael Elliot, pushed her to the ground and threatened her.
Police say Elliot left and when an officer tried to stop him, he punched the officer in the face.
They say an off-duty officer from Meriden saw what happened and stepped in to help make the arrest.
