The victim in a fatal crash has been identified as an aide at Stratford High School.
Police say 41-year-old Shannon Anderson, of Stratford, was killed when a white SUV driving on the wrong side of the road hit the truck she was in.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Main Street and Freeman Avenue Sunday.
Police say Anderson's husband was driving the pickup truck at the time of the accident.
Anderson, her husband and the 78-year-old driver of the car that hit them were taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The school sent a letter home to parents letting them know about Anderson's death.
Officials say there is a crisis team available at the school for those who need it.
