Fright Haven has people covered if they would like to do something a little more terrifying for Christmas.
Starting Saturday, Dec. 16, they will be presenting a holiday-themed haunted house event, "A Frightmare before Christmas," while at the same time collecting canned goods for the Connecticut Food Bank.
Patrons will walk through a not so picture perfect Christmas Eve celebration, Santa's terrifying works shop full of angry elves and rejected toys, and a Christmas carnival in 3D.
Organizers promise the event will put the "slay" in sleigh ride.
Fright Haven is located in the Stratford Square Shopping Plaza at 411 Barnum Avenue Cutoff.
