A 17-year-old boy was arrested nearly six months after a fatal crash in Torrington.
The driver, Dylan Brocar, turned himself in on charges that include two counts of negligent homicide with a motor vehicle.
The crash happened on June 9 on Town Farm Road around 2:30 a.m. and killed both 16-year-olds, Thomas Gravelie and Matt Rousseau.
The car Brocar had been driving went off the road, down an embankment and became engulfed in flames, police say.
Three others survived the crash, but suffered serious injuries.
Police say they do not belive drugs and alcohol were a factor in the crash.
