Darien police say a 17-year-old is due in juvenile court next week for accidentally shooting another teen in the head with a BB gun.
They say the shooter and a friend purchased the gun at Wal-mart and then went to meet two girls at a home on Mansfield Avenue.
Police say the shooter told them he thought the gun was empty when he pulled the trigger.
They say the victim suffered a cut to her head.
