Teen hit by a car near New Canaan High School
A 14-year-old was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car in New Canaan. Police say the teen was trying to cross Farm Road to go to the high school just before 7:30 a.m. when a driver hit him.

A 14-year-old was taken to the hospital after being hit by a car in New Canaan.
Police say the teen was trying to cross Farm Road to go to the high school just before 7:30 a.m. when a driver hit him.
They say the student was not in a crosswalk at the time.
Police say the driver stopped immediately and stayed at the scene.
Officers say the teen apparently suffered an injury to his leg.
