A Redding teenager was arraigned Monday for allegedly causing a fatal accident in June.
Police say 19-year-old Alexandra Brown pleaded not guilty to a number of charges, including manslaughter with a motor vehicle while intoxicated. According to authorities, Brown had a blood-alcohol level of .28 when she crashed into another car June 4, killing 57-year-old Prudence Soleck.
The accident happened at the corner of Broadbridge Avenue and Canaan Road in Stratford. Soleck's son, Matthew, was also injured in the crash.
