A new poll finds Republican Tom Foley pulling ahead of Gov. Dannel Malloy in the race for governor.
It shows Foley leading the Democratic incumbent 42 percent to 33 percent.
Foley's lead is widest among independents where he had 50 percent of the vote.
The poll was conducted by YouGov, the New York Times and CBS News.
