Democrat William Tong announced that he is dropping out of the race for Senate. The state representative from Stamford was the only Asian-American candidate for senate in the continental United States.

Democrat William Tong announced that he is dropping out of the race for Senate.
The state representative from Stamford was the only Asian-American candidate for senate in the continental United States.
He later endorsed Rep. Chris Murphy in a news conference with Gov. Dannel P. Malloy.
