With word of another snowstorm on the way, towns across southwestern Connecticut are checking their budgets to make sure they are financially prepared. Stratford Mayor Jim Miron says the town does have enough money to cover any clean up that might be needed after Thursday's storm. However, he says another big storm could put Stratford in the red. Norwalk Mayor Dick Moccia says every dollar not used on snow clean up benefits the city, because it can be used somewhere else. The recent storms cost the city of Norwalk $150,000 last month.
