Tuition could be going up for about 95,000 students at four of Connecticut's universities and 12 community colleges.
Under the proposal, tuition and fees for students who live on campus at Central, Southern, Eastern and Western Connecticut State universities would go up by $676.
The increase for off-campus students would be about $315.
Community college students would see an increase of around $108.
Education officials are scheduled to vote on the tuition hike tomorrow.
