The U.S. Supreme Court will not review the murder conviction of Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel, who is serving 20 years to life in prison.
The justices declined to take Skakel's appeal of his conviction in the 1975 beating death of his Greenwich neighbor Martha Moxley.
Skakel was charged in 2000, two decades after the defense claims the five-year statute of limitations had expired.
